I began my career as a psychiatric nurse, working directly with patients in high-acuity behavioral health environments. Early on, I saw that many of the challenges patients and providers faced were not clinical - they were operational.

That realization led me to focus on healthcare operations, where I spent years supporting enterprise provider systems, improving compliance, and helping organizations manage risk at scale across 2,000+ clinicians in multi-state systems.

I later stepped into leadership during the startup of a new inpatient behavioral health facility, helping establish and stabilize operations under significant resource and staffing constraints - exactly the kind of high-pressure environment where my background thrives.
